Financial Aid Process

Veritas Baptist College’s Financial Aid Office is excited to partner with you in achieving your educational goals and to help you understand the financial aid process.  Students wishing to qualify for Federal Student Aid must complete the steps below:

  1. Complete the Online Application for Admission to Veritas Baptist College (if not already a student).
  2. Complete the Financial Check In Form.
  3. Complete the Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) using your and your parents’ (if applicable) tax information.  (School Code 038626)
  4. Complete the Campus Ivy Student Registration that connects your FAFSA to VBC.
  5. Complete the Financial Aid Interview. You will need your Student Aid Index (SAI) number from your FAFSA.
  6. Complete the Scholarship Application.
  7. Complete the Military Benefit Form (if applicable).

Our qualified Financial Aid Specialists are trained to create a financial aid package customized to fit your needs which may include Veterans Benefits, Military Tuition Assistance, Title IV Funding, and/or Scholarships.  If you have questions about Financial Aid, please feel free to contact:

Financial Aid Priority Dates

  • October 1: FAFSA opens for next award year
  • November 1: Financial Aid Applications are accepted for Spring term.
  • April 1: Financial Aid Applications are accepted for the Summer term.
  • May 15: Financial Aid Applications are accepted for the Fall term.
