Peter Youmans is an experienced pastor and educator with over 34 years of ministry, having pastored in Hazard, Kentucky. He has been adjunct faculty at Veritas Baptist College since 2018 and also teaches at Piedmont International University and Hazard Community College. Youmans has served as president of the Appalachian Independent Ministers Fellowship and on various boards, including Youth Haven Bible Conference and Scripture Memory Mountain Mission. He is actively involved in training local men for pulpit supply and bi-vocational ministries, serves as an overseas instructor for Baptists Equipping Nationals, and is a frequent speaker at couples retreats, men’s conferences, and Bible conferences. He has published in Christian and theological journals such as Leadership and the Journal of Dispensational Theology.
