- Have a basic understanding of satisfactory academic progress rules for financial aid
- Oversee student advising
- Oversee student advising regarding course registration and program completion
- Plan, organize, and direct the processes and operation of the registration, admissions, and student records functions; interpret and apply federal and state mandated guidelines
- Develop and administer policies pertaining to the overall student record keeping function of the College including class rosters, student applications, permanent records, transcripts, credits, grading records, and withdrawal forms
- Oversee security and confidentiality of student records
- Oversee approval of transfer of credits
- Approve transcript requests
- Verify student enrollment as required
- Provide information for students with disabilities
