Students receiving Federal Student Aid or Scholarships must meet Standard Academic Progress (SAP) as outlined in the college catalog. Grades are reviewed each semester. The Financial Aid Office has noted that SAP standards were not met for two consecutive semesters. According to Department regulations and SAP standards, you are Financial Aid ineligible for next semester. There is an appeals process that will allow a probation period with aid, provided you meet SAP standards by the end of next semester. This appeal form must be submitted by 15 calendar days of the notification. Your appeal will be reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee and will respond by email within 7 days of submission.
