Complete and return the forms listed to the right.  Remember to submit copies of 2 forms of ID for the I-9. Feel free to scan and email your payroll documents to sherrydavis@vbc.edu or mail them to VBC, 4105 Plank Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.

Note that when VBC payroll is run, your bank will show “Mw3052Veritas B Net=Pay ” and you will receive a password protected email from “donotreply@ministryworks.com” with your paystub (check your spam folder if you don’t see it).  Your password will be the last 4 of your social security number.
