I understand that if I have chosen to take Pell grant only (no loans), I will only receive a book voucher for the amount that Pell will cover over and above tuition/fees.
I understand that this non-refundable amount will be placed on my account at VBC.
I understand that I will still owe this amount even if I withdraw from classes before they begin or before I receive aid.
I understand that this amount must be paid by the end of the semester or my account will be locked.
I understand that I will be charged a 10% processing fee.
