President, Veritas Baptist College
Dr. J. Michael Lester has served in Christian education since 1995, teaching at every level and traveling extensively to promote ministry training. He spent 26 years in Christian higher-education leadership roles before joining Veritas Baptist College in 2021, becoming its president in 2022. Raised in a pastor’s home, he and his wife, Jen, have five daughters and are active members of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Connecticut. An author and blogger, he is passionate about writing and training future ministry leaders.
